The location of the villa is absolutely brilliant with a beautiful sea view. The villa is well-equipped with excellent cooking equipment in the kitchen. The bedrooms are light and airy with great sea views. The villa offers three bathrooms and a guest bathroom, ensuring that nobody is left waiting. The property provides plenty of clean towels and is cleaned thoroughly halfway through the stay. The host, Yiannis, is friendly and always available for assistance.
Felt well taken care of, no complaints.

Absolutely stunning sea view with magical sunsets. Villa was spacious, well equipped and clean. Owner was most helpful and accommodating. Close to water sport fun and beaches, with plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance.
Internet was temperamental, struggled with multiple devices. Property did not retain heat easily, resulting in extra charges for heating.

the villa was spacious, well equipped, and clean. the owner was extremely helpful and accommodating. the location was perfect for day trips to Paphos, Latsi, Troodos, Akamas, and it was just a short drive to the water sports and beaches of Coral Bay. There were plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance. we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Kymmates Beach Front Villas. Cons: Nothing all good 👍.

The house is fantastic. Clean, spacious, and excellent location. Very good value for your money. A car is needed, but the villa is perfectly situated between Paphos town, Coral Bay, and Peyia town. It is isolated enough to have privacy and quiet, but central enough to have easy access to everything you need to see. the house manager Yiannis was also incredibly kind and hospitable. He was also very helpful in giving directions and offering recommendations.
Felt completely relaxed, nothing too much trouble.

The villa had an absolutely jaw-dropping sea view with stunning sunsets. It was spacious, well-equipped, and clean. The owner was super helpful and accommodating. The location was perfect for day trips and close to water sports and sandy beaches. Plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. We loved our stay!

Great location, stunning sea views, spacious rooms with plenty of bathrooms, well-equipped kitchen, helpful and friendly host always available. Lovely outdoor balcony for breakfast and sunset watching. A fantastic house for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

The villa's fully equipped kitchen with a modern dining area was a culinary playground. I felt like a master chef, preparing delicious meals while enjoying the stunning views of the Mediterranean Sea from the verandas.

the location was perfect, close to sandy beaches and with stunning views. The villa had all the necessary equipment and even had anti-mosquito plugs. The pool was enjoyed by the kids and we had a great time exploring the area and relaxing in the villa. We can't wait to go back!
